Responsibilities

  • Monitor and process new customer orders and returns promptly.
  • Enter sales orders, credit notes, and debit notes accurately.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for deliveries.
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Match and file purchase orders and delivery orders.
  • Participate in stock takes and cycle counts.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
  • Utilize Oracle NetSuite for order processing.

Job Summary

You will manage the order-to-cash process by handling customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and supporting customer communications to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and process new customer orders and returns promptly to maintain accurate sales records
  • Enter sales orders, credit notes, and debit notes accurately to support financial transactions
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to schedule and confirm deliveries, ensuring on-time completion
  • Respond to customer emails, messages, and phone calls professionally to resolve inquiries and provide updates
  • Match and file purchase orders (PO) and delivery orders (DO) to maintain organized records
  • Participate in stock takes and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy
  • Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by management to support business needs
  • Utilize Oracle NetSuite software effectively to manage order processing and related tasks
