1. Offline Channel Development & Management
- Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with offline retail partners, including mobile shops, multi-brand stores, and distributors.
- Plan and execute channel expansion strategies to improve brand presence and retail coverage in Singapore.
- Manage distributor onboarding, sell-in/sell-through planning, and stock allocation.
2. Sales Execution & Target Achievement
- Set and achieve monthly/quarterly offline sales targets.
- Monitor retail performance, analyze sales trends, and propose corrective actions to improve market share.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions to ensure competitiveness.
3. Retail Operations & In-Store Execution
- Ensure proper in-store display, branding, and merchandising according to brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure pricing discipline and retail execution are consistently met.
- Support product training for promoters, retail staff, and frontline partners.
4. Promotion & Campaign Implementation
- Work with marketing and trade teams to plan and execute offline promotions, product launches, POSM rollout, and retail activations.
- Ensure all campaigns are executed effectively at store level to maximize sales conversion.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, finance, and product teams to align channel strategy and stock flow.
- Provide market insights and channel feedback to support product planning and forecasting.
6. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including sell-in/sell-through performance, channel insights, and improvement recommendations.
- Monitor channel inventory and ensure healthy stock turnover across partners.
