Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position ofSales Associate.
Account Management for Existing Clients - Maintain and deepen relationships through regular communication and visits.
Customer Needs Analysis & Marketing Insight - Conduct in-depth interviews to uncover customer pain points and needs for internal feedback.
Solution Development & Proposal - Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and present proposals based on customer feedback.
Product Usage Monitoring - Track clients’ inventory and consumption to proactively suggest reorders or replacements.
Order Coordination & Production Support - Manage the process from order placement to production scheduling and delivery, ensuring smooth communication and timely completion.
Market & Competitor Intelligence - Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities, and share insights with relevant internal teams.
Rapid On-Site Response Capability - Respond quickly to client issues and be willing to visit customer sites as needed.
New Client Development - Actively pursue new business opportunities through industry events, networking, and referrals.
Payment Follow-Up - Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
