Job Description

We are an established HVAC solutions provider and distributor specializing in air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, temperature and humidity control systems for commercial and industrial buildings. We are seeking a Sales & Project Manager to support business development, project coordination, and project delivery for HVAC / ACMV projects.

This role combines technical sales, stakeholder management, and project execution, and is suitable for candidates seeking long-term career progression in the Built Environment sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial and industrial sectors
  • Visit consultants, contractors, and end-users to promote HVAC products and solutions
  • Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and follow up on submissions
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers and key accounts
  • Managing project execution from order to delivery, installation, and commissioning.
  • Liaising with suppliers, fabricators, and site teams to ensure timely completion.
  • Preparing documentation such as drawings, method statements, and service reports.
  • Providing after-sales support, warranty coordination, and maintenance follow-up.
  • Assisting in marketing initiatives, presentations, and client relationship management.
  • Performing any other ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as assigned by your superior or management.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field
  • 2–5 years of sales or technical experience in HVAC / ACMV / M&E industry preferred
  • Fresh graduate with relevant internships and strong interest may be considered
  • HVAC systems knowledge (air-conditioning, ventilation, humidity control)
  • Technical sales and customer engagement
  • Problem-solving and decision-making
  • Familiar with site coordination, shop drawings, and project execution
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and willing to do site and consultant visits
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Employment Details:

Employment Type: Full-time
Work Location: Singapore
Salary Range: Senior Engineer / Manager Level: SGD 3,500 – 5,500 per month
Salary commensurate with experience and capabilities
