Job description

Responsibilities

1. Receive customer's purchase order and create sales order in company's IT system
2. Communicate with production team in US on customer's requirement on delivery and packaging
3. Create shipment documents and communicate with customer on shipment details and requirement
4. Send invoices to customers upon shipment
5. Communicate with co-workers on technical specifications of customer's orders
6. Light weight packaging for customer's orders of small parts and repaired kits
7. Office cleanliness maintenance
