As they expand internationally, Singapore will serve as their flagship market, and they are recruiting the core team that will anchor this launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive lead generation through active prospecting, cold calling, and supplier outreach to develop a strong vendor pipeline.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from initial pitch through negotiation and contract closure—to secure strategic supplier partnerships.
  • Identify and source products aligned to Singapore’s diverse consumer base, ensuring a competitive and differentiated assortment.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, serving as a trusted representative of the brand in the local market.
  • Collaborate with the launch and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and readiness of suppliers ahead of market rollout.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 1–3 years’ experience in outbound sales, business development, or sourcing, with a strong track record of cold calling, lead generation, and deal closure.
  • Familiarity with the Singapore food ecosystem; existing relationships with suppliers, distributors, or producers is highly advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurial and adaptable, with the resilience and drive needed to operate in a fast-paced startup launch environment.
  • Strong command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred for coordination with HQ and sourcing across the region.
  • Target-driven and metrics-focused, with the ambition to excel in a high-impact commercial role.
