Your Impact

You will play a huge role in assisting the development of Globibo's presence in Singapore from the ground up by driving new businesses & building a pool of clientele. You shall focus your attention on extending our sales outreach with regards to our services (translation, interpretation & training) to new organizations, industries & segments.

Job Description

  • Respond to enquiries, provide quotations / proposals
  • Follow up on converting and extending quotations
  • Keeping contact health for VIPs in green (+5 contacts monthly)
  • Regularly reach out to all contacts in Account to keep mindshare
  • Effectively increase revenue from existing clients
  • Leverage existing contacts to identify new Leads in the account
  • Company introduction to new Leads

Project & Product Management (50%)

  • Determine & document project scope with Customers
  • Manage Customer Interaction and Change Management
  • Follow up on Customer / Student Feedback
  • Identify and contract required partners for service delivery
  • Manage projects/events at location
  • Develop, Customize and/or Improve marketing material for platforms and services
  • Identify Partner for strategic / scalable growth
  • Follow up with product development team on product improvements

Reporting Line: Director Sales or Operation

**MUST be an Singaporean citizenship /PR Holder

Required Candidate profile

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Marketing/ Business Management, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B) or project management
  • MUST have knowledge in Event Technology / Localization / Training
  • Great communication skills, Fluent English required (written and speaking) to communicate with global clients
  • Ability to identify and address the specific needs of each individual customer
  • Highly motivated & Independent Individual with an eye for detail & analytical skills
  • Prior experience in communicating with senior managers
  • Result- orientation; high focus on driving (business) results and KPIs
  • Self-motivated individual work enjoys working independently
  • Passionate about language learning or event technology services
