Position Title: Sales Account Manager
Working Location: Paya Lebar
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Transport Allowance + HP Allowance
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for meeting and going beyond sales and profit targets for enterprise IT solutions, including wireless and wired infrastructure, servers, storage, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and new accounts to support business growth.
- Prepare and present competitive quotations and proposals based on customer needs.
- Reach out to potential customers through calls and other outreach to introduce our solutions.
- Work with customers and internal teams to ensure sales orders are processed smoothly and followed up on time.
- Provide a good customer experience throughout the sales process through clear communication and reliable support.

Qualifications
- Diploma or above.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT sales, especially in wired and wireless networking, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and managed services.
- Good set of professional contacts across sectors such as public sector, education, healthcare, enterprise, financial services, and professional services.
- Experience selling to education, healthcare, financial services, and public sector customers.
- Proven experience in large system sales covering networking, infrastructure, cloud, and managed IT services.
- Self‑motivated and results-focused, with an active approach to finding new leads and opportunities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
