What will I be doing?
  • Clean and service guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • Replenish room amenities and supplies, such as toiletries, towels, and minibar items.
  • Attention to Detail: Inspect rooms for cleanliness and ensure all standards are met before marking them as ready for guests.
  • Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly for resolution.
  • Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests for additional items or services promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality while performing room duties.
  • Public Area Support: Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in public areas when required.
  • Support other housekeeping tasks during high-occupancy periods or special events.
  • Compliance & Safety: Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Adhere to hotel policies regarding lost and found items, room security, and guest privacy.
  • Process Efficiency: Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within allocated timeframes.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient housekeeping operations.
