Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a retail management professional in Singapore. This role requires driving sales targets, managing a team to achieve business goals, and delivering exceptional client service. Applicants should have at least 2 years’ supervisory experience in the beauty industry and be comfortable with shift work, including weekends and public holidays. The position starts as a 3-month contract with potential to convert to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team-lead role, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or spa environment.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with retail work schedules, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Available Locations: Island wide, depending on outlet vacancy
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Team Commission
• Retail Working Hours: Shift Work (included weekends and public holidays)
• 3 months contract convert to perm

• Client experience: Deliver exceptional client service, build client loyalty through relationship management, and uphold luxury service standards.
• Team leadership: Coach, develop, and manage a team of beauty professionals.
• Operations: Oversee all aspects of retail operations and store management.

Requirement

• Minimum GCE N/O Level qualification or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or spa environment
• Strong spoken and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
• Able to mentor, motivate, and lead a team towards achieving business goals
• Comfortable with retail work schedules, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to delivering great customer service
