You will also handle cashiering (POS), merchandising display, stock replenishment, and in-store promotions while following company policies and workplace safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers, understand needs, and recommend suitable products
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and product knowledge
  • Manage customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Perform cashiering duties accurately (POS operations, payment handling)
  • Maintain attractive product displays and support visual merchandising
  • Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and basic stock control
  • Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns
  • Keep the store clean, organised, and inviting
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
  • Comply with company policies, service standards, and workplace safety guidelines
Requirements
