Job summary

A luxury watch appraisal company based in Orchard, Singapore is seeking an Operation Executive to manage watch purchasing, customer enquiries, and repairs. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in watch authentication and appraisal, preferably with luxury brands. The role requires working 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays, with a salary range of SGD $2,500–$3,500.

Operation Executive (Watch appraisal & valuation)

Job responsibilities

• Manage servicing, repairs, protective film applications, and inventory.
• Assist with watch authentication and related documentation.
• Support sales and marketing through product photography, editing, and listings.
• Perform administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
• Liaise with the Virtual Assistant team and handle ad-hoc duties as required.

Job requirements

• With relevant experience in watch authentication, valuation, or appraisal, preferably for luxury brands
• Hands-on experience in a pawn shop, pre-owned luxury retail, or second-hand goods environment is highly preferred.
