Qualifications

Esquina is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team. We offer a lively, modern, and casual atmosphere with a focus on Spanish cuisine. As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager of the outlet. You will be ensuring optimum service performance, exceptional guest service and maximum profitability of all functions.

Job Description
  • Supports daily operations such as opening shifts and setting up the restaurant before operation hours
  • Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant before and after operations
  • In-charge of the cashier and the bar area
  • Supports the chefs in serving the food especially over the counter
  • Assist the managers in monitoring of stocks such as wines, beverages, chemicals, stationeries and other operation needs
  • Responsible for bar needs and maintaining bar stocks such as liquors and other beverages
Job Requirement
  • Minimum with GCE N/ O Level onwards with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as a Restaurant supervisor in the F&B Industry.
  • Able to lead a team of people under your care in the Front of House (FOH)
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Working experience in a Casual or Modern Spanish restaurant is an added advantage.

  • Basic Salary; $3,000 to $3,500 per month
