Working Hours: 44 Hrs (Shifts)

Responsibilities

• Running of daily operations by supervising both front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Handle the recruitment and training of new staff.
• Create weekly duty rosters to ensure sufficient staffing for daily operations.
• Drive sales through effective operational execution.
• Ensure sufficient stock for daily operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service, handle queries & complaints professionally.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of experience preferably as a restaurant / area manager at a restaurant or bistro settings.
• Must have food and hygiene certificate.
• Must be comfortable to work shifts/weekends and PH.
