About the Role

As a key member of our site team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. This position requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and endorse all drawings from authorities and contractors.
  • Provide necessary endorsements as required by relevant authorities.
  • Supervise all site works, including civil, architectural, plumbing, sanitary, drainage, and sewer systems.
  • Oversee full-time supervision for new building erection works
  • Coordinate with contractors, QP(S), QP(D), agencies, interfacing contractors, and consultants.
  • Maintain accurate and updated site records, including variation works, inspections, progress reports, and safety compliance.
  • Prepare daily reports on contractor activities and site manpower status.
  • Review and assess formwork structures and support systems; submit evaluation reports endorsed by a PE.
  • Monitor safety, environmental, and health compliance on site.
  • Supervise installation of instrumentation.
  • Perform shift duties as assigned by the Resident Engineer and handle administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer.
  • Familiar with extensive A&A works in operational buildings.
  • Strong knowledge of Building Control Act and Regulations; able to maintain systematic site records and reporting.
  • Experience in: Civil works, plumbing, sanitary, drainage, sewer systems
    ERSS (deep excavation), demolition, and reinforced concrete piling works
    Supervising architectural works
  • Registered with IES/BCA as a Resident Technical Officer.
