Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience with hands-on laboratory work and bioinformatics.
  • Solid experience with mammalian cell culture and iPSC techniques.
  • Strong technical background in DNA cloning and genome editing.
  • Experience in analyzing genomics sequencing data preferred.
  • Strong programming skills with R and Python for data analysis.
  • Ability to manage analytical projects for robustness and reproducibility.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support BPIS in setting up in vitro assays for various applications.
  • Maintain mammalian cell lines and execute differentiation protocols.
  • Develop models for neurotoxicity and drug screening studies.
  • Execute DNA sequencing workflows and genomic data analyses.
  • Integrate wet- and dry-lab workflows for project success.
  • Lead development of new analytical approaches and publications.

Education
