Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Research Officer for its R&D team. Responsibilities
  • Design and execute experiments in the laboratory as part of the efforts in developing new organotypic assays and disease models
  • Collect and analyze experimental data
  • Contribute to the preparation and writing of protocols, white papers, reports and other research-related materials
  • Maintain equipment and assist in procuring laboratory supplies
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, bioengineering or related field
  • Professional experience in a laboratory setting is highly valued
  • Experience in handling mammalian cell cultures
  • Hands‑on experience with different downstream analyses including but not limited to qPCR, immunoassays (ELISA, Luminex), flow cytometry and immunofluorescence microscopy (confocal) is a plus
  • Self‑motivated to learn new techniques and embrace new challenges in a fast‑paced working environment
