• 5 years’ experience in client management and Human Resource Management.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience leading large teams and complex workflows.

• Monitor tasks and ensure delivery within KPIs and SLAs.
• Analyse issues raised due to Workday and provide solutions.
• Advise end users on organizational policy and procedures.
