Job summary

A renowned educational institution in Singapore is seeking a Relief Teacher to maintain a conductive educational atmosphere in the absence of the main teacher. Responsibilities include daily teaching and administrative duties, mentoring students, and assisting in lesson planning. Qualifications

  • Enjoy teaching students aged 13 to 18.

Job description

The Relief Teacher will assist the respective Head of Department/Assistant Head of Department to carry out the following duties:

  • Provide and maintain an educational atmosphere conductive to learning during the absence of the main teacher
  • Daily teaching and administrative duties
  • Provide mentoring sessions to students on their learning progress
  • Assist in designing lessons plans and grading student work
  • Any other duties assigned by the Head of Department and/or School
Job Requirements

  • Enjoy teaching the age group of students from 13 to 18 years old
  • Strong content mastery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
