Relationship Manager – Loans ($4–5K + Bonus | 5 Days | Central)

$4–5K + AWS + VB

Full-time, Permanent

Monday–Friday (8:30am–5:30pm)

Our Client is a well & long established company in Singapore.

Responsibilities (Property)

• Acquiring new corporate clients for secured lending (Property)
• Manage and service existing accounts
• Promote company’s range of financial products and offer guidance on loans
• Generate & achieve KPI targets assigned
• Build a strong network of business contracts to generate referrals
• Prepare credit proposals involving financial analysis

Responsibilities (Auto)

• Market company’s suite of financial products to potential customers
• Identify, develop & implement marketing strategies to maintain competitiveness
• Maintain business rapport with new & existing customers
• Partake in sales & marketing activities in generating prospects There will be dealers assigned. Leads will be given, still need to do a bit of cold calling at times.
• Perform credit processing & assessment, including financial analysis
• Ensure proper & timely documentation for every transaction

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a listener and a problem solver. You will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' business objectives, challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data to increase Company’s overall loan book
• Preferably with working experience in sales / sales support / lending (property / auto loans)
• Highly self-motivated, pro-active & result oriented
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Able to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team
• Strong understanding of customer needs & market trends

Other Information

Basic up to $3,000 - $5,000 (salary will commensurate with relevant experience)

Eligible for June bonus (1-2 months) + December bonus (1 month)

Next to Novena MRT

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM
