Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients while delivering Margin Wheeler’s signature high standard of service.
Build strong, long term client relationships through trust, responsiveness, and genuine care for client needs.
Develop a deep understanding of our corporate services, including accounting, tax, and corporate secretarial functions, and guide clients confidently through compliance requirements.
Proactively engage clients to identify challenges, opportunities, and upcoming deadlines while ensuring all compliance matters stay on track.
Coordinate internally with Accounting, Tax, and Corporate Secretarial teams to resolve client matters smoothly and efficiently.
Handle client escalations with professionalism, empathy, and strong problem solving skills.
Identify opportunities for service upgrades when beneficial to clients and support Margin Wheeler’s growth targets.
Maintain clear communication and provide timely updates to clients regarding ongoing work, requirements, and deliverables.
Uphold the company’s reputation for excellence, transparency, and reliability across every touchpoint.
Participate in continuous improvement by sharing client feedback and helping to refine internal processes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
A service mindset paired with confidence, professionalism, and the ability to handle difficult conversations when needed.
Prior experience in client servicing, sales, or account management is preferred.
Experience in corporate services, accounting, finance, or professional services is a bonus but not mandatory.
Ability to multitask, stay organised, and manage a portfolio of clients with varying needs.
Detail oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast moving service environment.
