Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is fluent in Japanese and English to join our healthcare team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support medical practitioners, and act as a key liaison for Japanese-speaking patients to ensure clear communication and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) standards
• Assist doctors in medical procedures, patient assessments, and treatment plans
• Serve as a translator/interpreter for Japanese-speaking patients to ensure accurate communication of symptoms, diagnoses, and treatment instructions
• Educate and counsel patients on treatment, medications, and preventive care in both English and Japanese
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation, patient records, and care reports
• Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Ensure infection control, patient safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality care

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Diploma/Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (hospital, clinic, or specialized care setting)
• Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written), as the role involves direct communication with Japanese-speaking patients and families.
