Role Summary

Based in Singapore, this role reports to the Sales & Marketing Director and is part of an international team of sales managers. The position is responsible for managing and growing the company's Cabin Services’ sales across Asia Pacific and China.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the regional sales and marketing strategy, build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify business opportunities in cabin modifications, repairs, and spares, and lead commercial offers and contract negotiations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of relevant sales experience in the aeronautics industry, with proven success in Asia Pacific and China markets.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and contractual documentation skills.
