About Our Client

My client is a reputable global medical device company. They’re looking to appoint a Regional Marketing Director of APAC, to lead regional marketing strategy across key markets including North Asia and South East Asia.

Job Description
  • Own the overall APAC marketing direction and ensure marketing activities support long-term business growth.
  • Partner closely with Sales, R&D, Finance, and regional leaders to shape go-to-market strategies and commercial decisions.
  • Lead regional brand and product positioning, ensuring consistency across markets while allowing for local relevance.
  • Manage and develop the regional marketing team through coaching, performance management, and capability building.
  • Oversee new product introductions, working with cross-functional teams to assess business cases and drive successful launches.
  • Set pricing and portfolio strategies based on customer value, market dynamics, and business priorities.
  • Drive market intelligence by analyzing customer insights, competitor activity, and emerging trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Establish clear marketing processes, guidelines, and best practices to improve efficiency and execution across the region.
  • Work with Sales teams and key channel partners to strengthen customer engagement, market coverage, and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources, ensuring priorities are clear and outcomes are delivered.
  • Lead planning and forecasting activities, including market sizing and demand outlook.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required
  • 15 years+ of relevant experience within the medical devices industry.
  • Deep expertise in modern marketing practices, including digital marketing, market research, omnichannel strategies, branding, and CRM.
  • 10 years+ of people management experience across the APAC region.
  • Strong strategic mindset, with a proven track record of developing and executing complex business and marketing strategies.
