Job description

Title: Regional Finance Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of regional financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS/GAAP, Japan GAAP, and local statutory requirements.
• Enhance liquidity management, centralize cash positions, and oversee intercompany funding in line with tax and transfer pricing regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore statutory requirements, coordinate external audits, and implement audit recommendations effectively.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes while providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making.
• Strengthen internal controls, streamline finance operations and reporting workflows, and lead the Finance Team to maintain high performance standards.

Requirements

• CPA qualification required, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in preparing and consolidating multi-entity regional and group financial reports.
• Proven experience in managing relationships with international banks and utilizing treasury platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership capability to independently oversee finance operations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
