Job description

The RedMart Delivery Representative is a crucial point of contact between RedMart and its many thousands of customers island wide. The RedMart Delivery Representative plays a key role in ensuring that grocery order is delivered quickly, accurate and on time, rain or shine, to customers.

The Delivery Representative may also be assigned to perform other specialized tasks, including parcel or Express grocery delivery (RedMart Express), on a time-and-material basis.

Responsibilities (RedMart)

1. Delivery of groceries island wide from several loading points
2. Loading and scanning of groceries to ensure orders are delivered in full, as per RedMart’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
3. Doorstep delivery of groceries on-time

Key Requirements

• Driving license with clean safety record
• Driving experience in Transport or Logistics, especially with driving a commercial vehicle (Hiace or box truck)
• Experience with perishable goods (groceries or FMCG) is a plus
• Ability to converse in English would be a strong plus
• Able to work under pressure and comfortable with working shifts
• Tech savvy (app usage is required)
