Job summary

A leading premium lifestyle destination resort in Singapore is seeking an experienced independent receiver. The candidate will ensure correct quantity and quality in line with purchase orders and must communicate effectively. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting products, performing data entry, and conducting checks. The ideal candidate has a minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification and at least 3 years of related experience. This role prefers those willing to work on weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as receiver or similar position for minimum of 3 years.
• Working knowledge of basic computer for data entry and recording purpose.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and perform Good Receive Note (GRN) for both Food and Non-Food Products.
• Check contents and labels to ensure they match the orders.
• Problem-solving, detail-oriented in checking, analysing and following through.
• Perform data entry and documentation verification.

Skills

Knowledge of SAP Ariba system

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

Good in written and verbal communication skills

Detail and problem-solving skills

Able to work on weekends

Education

Job Summary

The potential candidate plays a key role as an independent receiver on behalf of the requestors ensuring correct quantity and quality in accordance with the purchase orders. This role must comply with receiving processes stated in the SOP for both Food and Non‑Food products. Verbal communication is essential for this role when interaction and verification with external parties.

Key Responsibilities

• To receive, inspect and perform Good Receive Note (GRN) in the system for both Food and Non‑Food Products.
• Checking contents and labels to ensure they match the orders.
• Requiring problem‑solving, detail and thorough in checking, analysing and following through.
• Perform data entry and documentation verification.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum GCE "O" Level qualification proven experience as receiver or similar position for minimum of 3 years.
• Working knowledge of basic computer for data entry and recording purpose.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of SAP Ariba system is an added advantage.
