Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on textile materials, fibers, dyes, and innovative processes.
• Develop and test new fabric treatments, coatings, and finishing techniques.
• Work closely with the production team to implement new manufacturing techniques.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to develop innovative products.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers and universities on R&D projects.
• Document research findings and provide technical reports to management.

Job Requirements:

• ✅ Degree in Textile Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• ✅ 3-5 years of experience in textile research, fabric development, or innovation projects.
