Job summary

A construction management company in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to handle overall cost and contract management for projects. Responsibilities

• Involvement/responsible in the overall quantity surveying, cost & contract management of the projects.
• Preparation of cost plan & cost estimate, taking-off & measurement.
• Prepare payment claim, variation, and final account.
• Prepare tender & contract documentation, tender analysis & reporting.
• Shortlist of suitable suppliers and sub-contractors, timely award out.
• Attendance project & site meetings.
