Job summary

• Provide general support in contract administration.

• Assist Tender Manager in preparing tender submissions and cost estimates for both main contract and subcontract work
• Read and analyse tender documents drawings and specifications to extract key requirements
• Perform quantity take off measurement and cost analysis for accurate pricing
• Support preparation of bid documents costing summaries and submission materials
• Coordinate with consultants’ architects, developers, and contractors on tender related matters
• Provide general support in contract administration and other assignments as directed
