Job summary

Qualifications

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
  • Minimum Tier 3 qualification as recognized by SISV.
  • SISV membership (QS Division) preferred or in progress.
  • Entry-level or with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with contract law.
  • Knowledge of Contract Law or Construction law is an advantage.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan, schedule and manage all aspects of the project.
  • Coordinate and monitor various functions of project consultants from conception through tender, construction, and completion.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Provide direction and support to the project team.
  • Monitor and track project progress along with resolution of issues faced.
  • Communicate to stakeholders, project progress, issues for resolution, highlighting risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Monitor and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project goals/objectives.
  • Efficiently manage and work closely with clients.
  • Overall management of consultants and contractors.
  • Run projects within budget and schedule.
  • Any other relevant duties as assigned by the supervisor.
JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
  • Minimum Tier 3 qualification as recognized by SISV.
  • SISV membership (QS Division) preferred or in progress.

  • Must be familiar with the contract.
