• Preparation of tender quotation, which consists of taking off quantities, procurement, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing, and preparation of tender submission
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing
• Preparation of interim valuations, pricing, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
• Carry out site measurement
• Handling of sub-contractor’s progress payments
• Other quantity surveying related duties

Job Requirement

• Diploma/Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent from a recognized Institution/University
• Required language(s): English, Chinese for easier communication with China Supplier.
• 2-4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Familiar with building construction, Knowledge of building condition of contract
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with people of all levels, and teamwork
