Job summary

A leading aerospace services company in Singapore is looking for a Compliance and Authorization Coordinator. The role involves organizing and managing audit reports, compliance sections, and related documentation. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in the engineering field, a Diploma in Engineering, and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Qualifications

Job Description
  • Organization, control and co-ordinate the Compliance and Authorization section prior external and internal audits.
  • Assist in the documentation and updates in Approval and Vendor management section.
  • Control and management of all audit reports, including checking for completeness and proper storage of copies.
  • Duplication and filling of records for safekeeping. Payment matters regarding authority audits, authority certification fees and procurement of department’s inventory and resources.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.
Job requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in engineering related industry in a support role will be advantages.
  • Minimum qualification Diploma in Engineering or other relevant industry.
  • Able to work well with Microsoft Excel and a good basic computer knowledge.
  • SAP and Microsoft Office application is an advantage.
