Job summary

A consultancy firm in Singapore seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead audits and maintain the Quality Management System. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a related field, along with 3–5 years of QA experience, preferably in a training or education environment. Knowledge of SSG/TPQA requirements and ISO standards is essential. Qualifications

• 3–5 years QA experience, preferably in training/education.
• Knowledge of SSG/TPQA requirements and ISO standards (ISO 29993, ISO 9001).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal & external audits.
• Maintain an up-to-date Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with training regulatory requirements.
• Conduct internal quality checks on training delivery.
• Drive ISO 29993 documentation and continual improvement.
• Manage CAPA: root-cause analysis and follow-up.
• Monitor quality KPIs and prepare management reports.
• Liaise with external auditors and accreditation bodies.
• Support investigations into complaints and incidents.
