Job summary

A leading agricultural company in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to carry out inspections, generate QA reports, and assist in ISO monitoring. Ideal candidates should have at least an ‘O’ Level qualification and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role requires good investigation skills and attention to detail to resolve product non-conformances and customer complaints.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to support in investigating product non-conformances and resolving customer complaints with good strength and agility.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out incoming, in process and outgoing inspections.
  • Prepare and generate relevant QA reports.
  • Assist in the monitoring of ISO 9000, ISO 22000 & FAMI-QS system.
  • Assist in the GMP inspection, reporting any non-compliance.
  • Provide support in investigating product non-conformances.

Quality Assurance Inspector
Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out incoming, in process and outgoing inspections. Ensure the inspections are in accordance to the required specifications.
  • Prepare and generate relevant QA reports.
  • Assist in the monitoring of ISO 9000, ISO 22000 & FAMI-QS system.
  • Assist in the GMP inspection; report to Production head of any non-compliance to GMP requirement.
  • Provide support in investigating product non-conformances and resolving customer complaints.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting officer.
Requirements
  • Minimum ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be able to provide support in investigating product non-conformances and resolving customer complaints with good strength and agility.
