Job Description:

Biz IQ Academy is looking for a Quality Assurance & Compliance Lead (Academic Operations) to oversee academic quality and ensure all programmes comply with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) standards. This role supports the organisation’s growth by managing SOPs, regulatory compliance, audits, and curriculum governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all WSQ programmes meet SSG requirements (TSC/CCS mapping, assessments, trainer criteria, delivery modes).
  • Develop and implement compliance solutions for customised or restructured courses.
  • Lead TPQA, ERF, TRAQOM, and audit preparations.
  • Review and validate curriculum, assessments, and academic documentation.
  • Maintain academic integrity, assessment standards, and trainer compliance.
  • Create, update, and enforce SOPs across academic and operations teams.
  • Train staff and trainers on compliance processes and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain audit-ready evidence, version control, and academic records.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Programme Development for new formats and corporate‑sponsored courses.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of SSG, WSQ, TPQA, ERF, and training regulatory frameworks.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in academic QA, curriculum management, or training compliance.
  • Excellent documentation, SOP management, and audit preparation skills.
  • ACLP/ACTA/DDDLP certifications are a plus.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to create compliant workarounds for customised training.
