About the Role:

As a QA Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the QA Manager, ensuring compliance with GMP, regulatory guidelines, and internal quality systems. You'll be directly involved in supervising QA activities, coordinating inspections, maintaining documentation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support QA team members on the production floor
  • Oversee in-process checks, batch record reviews, and product release procedures
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and other relevant regulatory standards
  • Lead investigations into deviations, non-conformances, and CAPAs
  • Collaborate with Production, QC, and R&D teams to uphold quality standards
  • Assist in audits (internal, third-party, and regulatory)
  • Support training and onboarding of QA personnel
Requirements:
  • Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of QA experience in pharmaceutical or supplement manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and quality systems
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail, documentation skills, and communication
