Job description

Oversee the complete QA and QC lifecycle, including equipment buy-offs (IBO/CBO) and managing internal and external corrective action requests (CARs) to ensure timely resolution.

Review, update, and optimize QA processes, systems, and workflows, leading continuous improvement initiatives to exceed standard compliance.

Drive supplier quality management, including audits, qualification, and re-certification of existing and new vendors to support supply chain development.

Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly QA reports, providing actionable insights for management decision-making.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering
• At least 3 years of QA experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in metrology tools (Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height & Depth Gauges, Profile Projectors, Gauge Blocks, Smart Scope) and skilled in training others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including 8D methodology, FMEA, and QC data analysis, with a focus on documentation and compliance.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, capable of leading quality improvement initiatives and collaborating effectively across functions.
