What you'll be doing:

1. Be responsible for testing BytePlus website, AI growth platform, and PRM system to ensure the quality of business systems.
2. Analyze product requirements, refer to technical solutions, write test cases, and formulate reasonable and efficient test plans.
3. Establish systematic test technologies, develop test tools, and be responsible for performance testing, interface automation testing, stability testing, etc.
4. Innovate and improve test methods and processes, develop necessary test tools, and enhance overall test quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related majors.
• Familiar with software development processes, proficient in testing processes and test case design methods, with extensive experience in specialized testing.
• Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript, and capable of developing related testing tools.
• Familiar with distributed system principles, microservice frameworks, RPC frameworks, and their implementation principles.
• Knowledge of common network protocols TCP/IP, HTTP, and middleware such as MySQL, Redis, Kafka, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Skilled in using automated testing tools. Experience in testing server-side and AI-related application products is preferred.
• Strong learning ability, good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility.
