Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Quality Management professional to investigate material defects, lead quality improvement initiatives, and manage supplier performance. Candidates should have a diploma in Quality Management or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing and a strong understanding of ISO standards. This role offers a monthly salary up to $4000 plus AWS and VB, with a working schedule of Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO 22301.
• Familiar with quality tools such as PFMEA, Control Plans, and Gage R&R.

Overview

• Monthly Salary: Up to $4000 + AWS + VB
• Location: Loyang (Pasir Ris)
• 5 Days (Monday to Friday), 8am - 5.30pm

Your Responsibilities

• Investigate material defects, manage SCARs, and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure timely closure of CAPA, non-conformance reports, and customer complaints, and report quality performance
• Lead Material Review Board (MRB) meetings to perform root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Maintain and update ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 documentation and records
• Manage supplier onboarding, evaluation, approval, and audits to ensure quality and compliance
• Monitor supplier performance and work with suppliers on continuous improvement
• Support new supplier and material qualification, ensuring documentation and material quality meet standards

You will need

• Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, including audits and ISO documentation
• Good knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO 22301)
• Familiar with quality tools such as PFMEA, Control Plans, and Gage R&R
• Skilled in problem-solving methods such as 8D and 5W
