Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to manage systems applications and processes in manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in engineering and 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance. Knowledge of ISO systems and HSE safety regulations is a plus. This position offers the opportunity to enhance product quality and support operational efficiency in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance Control in the Manufacturing Industry.
• Good knowledge in ISO systems and procedures.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Update and manage systems applications and products data processing with operations department (SAP & AMS)
• Develop, Implement, maintain and continuously improvement in conventional machining processes, special processes and administrative processes to improve quality, customer service, lead time, productivity and cost effectivecy.
• Manager operational internal interfaces and external customer demands, having efficient effective communication and relations to ensure the needs of our organisation and customer are met
• Support manufacturing in problem diagnosis and to assist in problem preventon, reporting and resolution
• Develop, implement and improve product quality plan to prevent non-conformance and escape
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and presentation materials
• Qaulity and HSE Engineer responsible for solving day-to-day problems and anticipating quality, health and safety and environmental hazards at production sites.
• Assist in organising, developing , implementing and supporting quality management system by providing the right advice and guidance to users.
• Implementing and update of ISO 9001 and other ISO policies and procedures

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering with 2-3 years of Quality Assurance Control on precision Engineering products in Manufacturing Industry
• Good knowledge in ISO System and procedures
• If candidate with HSE safety regulations will be an added advantage.
