Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java technologies, complemented by proficiency in Python, cloud platforms, and database systems. This role involves both development and operational support (BAU/Ops), with exposure to middleware and enterprise content management tools. Experience in the finance domain is highly desirable and hands-on development with technical leadership, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of financial applications from infrastructure setup to Quality Management (QM).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java (JDK 1.8+), Spring Boot, JSP, and Bootstrap
• Build and integrate backend services and APIs, ensuring performance and reliability
• Support BAU/Ops activities including monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions across development and production environments
• Work with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL)
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Integrate and troubleshoot middleware components such as Apache, JBoss, WebLogic, and WebSphere
• Document technical specifications, workflows, and operational procedures
• Participate in agile and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications
