Supportive Enterprise LLP is a licensed electronic waste management and IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) company based in Singapore. We specialize in IT equipment remarketing, secure data destruction, electronic scrap recycling, and precious metal recovery. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a driven individual to strengthen our purchasing and market development capabilities.
Source and procure electronic waste, IT equipment, and scrap materials from corporates, data centres, manufacturers, and recyclers
Handle purchasing for ITAD assets (servers, storage, networking equipment, PCs) as well as electronic scrap (PCB, components, mixed e-waste)
Evaluate material condition, specifications, and recovery value
Negotiate pricing, terms, and volumes with suppliers
Work closely with operations to ensure smooth collection and disposal
Assess IT equipment for resale, reuse, refurbishment, or recycling
Basic understanding of servers, networking equipment, storage systems, and data sanitization requirements
Coordinate with technical teams on testing, repair, data destruction, and remarketing
Identify and develop new supplier channels and business opportunities
Conduct outreach to potential clients (cold calls, emails, meetings)
Support marketing initiatives such as presentations, proposals, and client engagement
Maintain and grow long-term relationships with suppliers and partners
Ensure purchases comply with NEA, R2, ISO, and other regulatory requirements
Maintain proper records, certifications, and traceability for ITAD and e-waste
Experience in electronic waste, recycling, ITAD, scrap trading, or related industries
Good knowledge of IT hardware (servers, PCs, networking equipment)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Comfortable with sourcing, pricing, and market analysis
Able to work independently and proactively develop new business
Basic marketing or sales experience is a strong advantage
Background in IT, engineering, recycling, or supply chain
Existing industry contacts in ITAD, data centres, manufacturers, or recyclers
Knowledge of Singapore environmental regulations and licensing
