Job summary

A property management company in Singapore is seeking a Property Executive to oversee the management and maintenance of residential properties. The role involves tenant management, handling complaints, and ensuring smooth property operations. Candidates should have a diploma in Facilities Management, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong management and communication skills in English and Mandarin. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in facilities management, building operations, and maintenance.
  • Able to manage tight project schedules.
  • Immediate availability or short notice is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain residential properties, locally and overseas.
  • Responsible for tenant management and dispute resolution.
  • Monitor lease expiry dates and secure new tenants.
  • Engage and address tenant complaints effectively.
  • Ensure smooth operations and prompt attention to emergencies.
  • Work with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain systematic records of quotations and manuals.
  • Inspect properties regularly to ensure maintenance standards.
  • Handle human resource matters related to the Club House.
