Job summary

A lighting solutions company in Singapore is seeking a Sales & Project Coordinator to handle end to end sales and project processes. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and possess strong organizational and communication skills. The role offers a 4-day or 5.5-day work week with training provided.

• Handle end to end sales & project process.
• Prepare all relevant documentation, schedules, presentations & mock-ups.
• Attend project coordination meetings offsite & onsite.
• Coordinate between internal and external clients, ensuring production and project completion is on time.

Candidate with the following requirements will be advantageous (not a necessity):

• Experience in project management and project sales.
