Job Responsibilities
  • Lead experimental wet‑lab efforts to scale up high‑throughput screening of RNA therapeutics.
  • Design and conduct chemical synthesis and analysis to generate high‑quality datasets for training AI models.
  • Mentor junior research lab members in experiments.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, including AI scientists and engineers.
  • Stay current with advancements in RNA therapeutics innovation, contributing to the evolution of our methodologies.
  • Participate in regular meetings and present findings to academic and industry stakeholders.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Strong background in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry and hands‑on experience with wet‑lab techniques (e.g., chemical synthesis and analysis, high‑throughput screening) is preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in RNA therapeutics and high‑throughput innovation.
  • Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration, particularly with computational team members focused on AI model development.
  • Oversee and report project progress.
  • Ability and willingness to work some flexible hours.
