Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through deployment.
• Take ownership of project scope, timelines, budget control, risk mitigation, and adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Design and implement comprehensive project plans, manage resource allocation, and establish effective progress tracking and reporting mechanisms.
• Collaborate closely with a broad range of stakeholders, including government bodies, community organizations, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate end-user training, and implement adoption and change management strategies within public sector environments.
• Deliver consistent project status reports to senior leadership, ensuring clear visibility and alignment with the organization's strategic digital transformation initiatives.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent diploma
• Good tertiary qualifications in Management or Engineering with a strong IT affinity/background
• At least 8+ years of relevant working experience as a Project Manager
• Experience to work projects from the public sector (Government or Public Corporation)
• Project Management certifications (Prince, PMI...) are good to have
• Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in public sector or large-scale enterprise environments is a plus.
