As a Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of experience and multimedia projects that require coordination between creative vision, technology and physical build. You will act as the key liaison across clients, creative teams, and external production partners - balancing creative ambition with practical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end project management: brief, budget, timeline, production and delivery.
- Work closely with Creative Directors and Technical Leads to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary teams (designers, motion artists, AV engineers, fabricators, etc.)
- Oversee procurement, fabrication schedules, and vendor deliverables.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, partners, and vendors - managing exceptions and aligning on goals and timelines.
- Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and maintain quality and creative integrity.
- Oversee on-site production, installation, and testings; ensuring all deliverables meet creative, technical, and experiential quality standards.
- Contribute to business development through pitch support, costings, and process innovation.
- Contribute to process improvement and documentation of best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing creative production, exhibitions, multimedia, or experiential projects.
- Strong understanding of creative production pipelines - from concept and design to installation.
- Experience working with cross-functional creative and technical teams.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills; capable of translating creative concepts into actionable plans.
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and teams under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of AV systems, projection, lighting, or interactive technologies is a plus.
- Comfortable balancing creativity with structure - and ambiguity with clarity.
- A genuine appreciation for art, design, and immersive storytelling.
