Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, define technical requirements, set timelines, and allocate resources.
  • Create estimates, manage budgets, and handle financial aspects like payment claims.
  • Lead engineers and subcontractors; delegate tasks; and forecast manpower needs.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Manage project documents, prepare reports, and handle submissions.
  • Conduct site visits, resolve technical issues, and manage testing.
  • Identify, mitigate, and report on project risks.
  • Coordinate material and equipment procurement and delivery.
Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Planning & Strategy: Develop project plans, define technical requirements, set timelines, and allocate resources.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Create estimates, manage budgets, and handle financial aspects like payment claims and variation orders.
  • Team & Resource Management: Lead engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors; delegate tasks; and forecast manpower needs.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety (WSH), and regulatory standards (e.g., National Grid).
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, main contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Manage project documents, prepare progress reports, and handle submissions (MOS, RFI, etc.).
  • Site & Technical Oversight: Conduct site visits, resolve technical issues, and manage testing & commissioning.
  • Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and report on project risks and issues.
  • Procurement: Coordinate material and equipment procurement and delivery.

  • Lifecycle Management: Govern all project phases from conception to completion.
