Job summary

Job description

Project Overview:

We are looking for a Project Manager / Service Manager (PM/SM) to support the development and operations of a Cloud Platform that will serve on a commercial cloud. This position will involve working closely with key stakeholders, including counterparts, and ensuring the successful management and integration of critical digital platform operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Appointed as PM/SM for the Digital Platform, managing enterprise common services and DevSecOps pipelines with associated tools.

• Manage, plan, and track the operations of MCC and related tasks, coordinating with counterparts and authority-appointed partners.

• Provide technical advisory and consultancy on solution design and compliance requirements to ensure alignment with security and operational standards.

• Lead and manage the DevSecOps operations team, ensuring the platform’s compliance, security, and operational reliability.

Specific Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, DevOps, or DevSecOps project management.

• Familiarity with DevSecOps terminology and CIS benchmarks.

• Experience with ITIL processes for service management.

• Experience in public sector or defence projects will be an advantage.

• Certifications in Cloud Service Providers would be an advantage.

• Strong supervisory, people management, and communication skills.

• Ability to identify risk and propose risk-mitigation strategies.

Must-Have Skills:

• Basic knowledge of DevSecOps pipelines and the ability to ensure compliance for managed systems.

• Strong experience in project management, including task tracking, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.

• Ability to lead teams and ensure continuous improvement of DevSecOps operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cloud Service Provider Certifications (AWS, Azure, etc.)

• ITIL Foundation or higher.

• Proven experience in cloud security, system integration, and DevSecOps principles.
